•QDM-26機(jī)械式成型機(jī)包括送線、衝壓、滑座成型和後 頂出（成型）四大部分，採用機(jī)械原理結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)成。 

•採用手臂式機(jī)械原理，能夠精確的將材料送入衝床的成 形裝置，送料精度控制在0.02mm以內(nèi)，為您的產(chǎn)品提供 了精度保障。 

•衝壓機(jī)構(gòu)可以完成產(chǎn)品成型前的胚料加工，包括沖孔、 凸包、成型前材料切除，以及換折彎成型等。衝壓部份的 使用，可以減少加工工序，節(jié)省二次加工成本。 

•滑座機(jī)構(gòu)由凸輪、成型滑座和後退車凸輪組成，成形滑 座的角度方向可以任意調(diào)整，可以輕易的實(shí)現(xiàn)微電子複雜 的晚曲加工。 

•後頂出（成型）機(jī)構(gòu)由三組滑塊裝置構(gòu)成，採用高速凸 輪驅(qū)動(dòng)。可以實(shí)現(xiàn)芯摸移動(dòng)、三維彎曲、工步變動(dòng)、產(chǎn)品 頂出等功能，可以再快的提高生產(chǎn)效益。
